Scrum Master with a technical mindset, Aarhus

Getinge Digital Health Solutions is looking for a process-oriented and performance-driven Scrum Master to join our INSIGHT team in Aarhus. We are looking for a passionate individual who is willing to take full responsibility for the continuous learning of the team by engaging in new agile work method developments, in order to deliver timely results for customers.
INSIGHT is a Patient Flow Management system delivering logistic and clinical information about patients. The information is used for tracking patient activities and locations in real time at hospitals in Denmark and the rest of the world.

What is the job about?
In the process of transitioning into an agile framework, Getinge is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with excellent planning skills who can create structures in a complex set-up and will help foster a collaborative working environment between developers working from different locations worldwide.
Your role will be responsible for:

• Facilitating sprint planning to ensure the team reach a collective agreement that will be accepted into the sprint and continuously improve and live the agile values and principles
• Facilitating Scrum meetings and promoting active participation from the team to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goal
• Managing any external distractions by supporting and protecting the Scrum team to achieve the sprint goals and the commitment agreed within sprint planning
• Identifying and removing any potential impediments to the delivery of the agreed sprint commitment
• Ensuring good well-being in the team, creating synergy between teams and Product Owner as well as supporting the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog
• Being responsible for the release process

Your profile
The position might be just right for you if the profile description below fits you:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master within agile software development and experienced with successful Agile techniques
• Technical mindset with the ability to challenge existing ideas and concepts to gain new perspectives
• Ability to work with, and lead a team, as well as encouraging a collaborative environment
• Abilities to build and nurture trustful relationships with stakeholders
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Fully fluent in English, written and spoken
