SCR is on behalf of our client Solar looking for a Project Manager.

Drive impactful SAP projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP to join Solar’s Project Manager Team in Group IT.

You will take the lead in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will play a key role in driving digital transformation and making a tangible impact on Solar’s organization.

Be part of a collaborative and cross-functional environment

As a part of Solar’s Group IT, you will report directly to the Director of Digital Product Services and collaborate closely with project managers, the portfolio manager, and key stakeholders from different areas.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where cross-functional collaboration is central to achieving success, and your voice will be heard in shaping project outcomes.

Key responsibilities in this role:

In this role, you will manage multiple SAP projects with a focus on both ECC and S/4HANA implementations.

You’ll develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and coordinate with solution architects, developers, testers, and external vendors.

By monitoring progress and mitigating risks, you’ll ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and provide regular updates to management and clients.

We expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English.
• Experience with project management tools such as Prince2, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Teams, or similar.
