Do you want to be a part of a new Nordic IT Organization at BAUHAUS?

BAUHAUS in the Nordics have embarked on the cloud journey and they are outsourcing parts of their IT operations and are therefore looking for an experienced Coordinator within Service Delivery.

What is the job about?
BAUHAUS have recently undergone a transformation in their IT setup. The IT teams in the 4 Nordic countries has been merged into one joint Nordic team, consisting of an IT Operations team and a Business Applications team. This means that you will be working with colleagues in Denmark & Sweden.

As BAUHAUS are outsourcing parts of their IT operations, they need you as a coordinator to track the performance of the outsourcing partners and challenge their deliveries in a structured and systematic way.

You will be part of a Service Delivery team at the Danish headquarter in Tilst, and you will refer to the Manager of Infrastructure, who is part of IT Operations.
Your colleagues will support your transition into the role by introducing you to the required structure and details.

Your job tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Service delivery management – keeping track of outsourcing partners in close collaboration with the ServiceDesk team and Infrastructure team
  • Security compliance – ensure that security KPIs are tracked and challenged
  • Review and maintain IT & Security policies

Your profile
We expect you to have a solid understanding of how an IT organization functions; overview of the main technology areas; a basic understanding of IT security and an ITIL process understanding. We are fairly open with respect to your formal education, as there can be several relevant ways into this job.

You need to be a detail-oriented self-starter who is well-worded in writing, and a team player with a positive mindset.

To communicate efficiently with your colleagues and other stakeholders, you must be fluent in either Danish or Swedish as well as English (verbally and written).
