Our client is an international software company situated in the Greater Aarhus area.
They deliver IT-products to a wide range of industries. The company has a great focus on trust and security when they deliver reliable and user-friendly IT-solutions.
On their behalf we are now looking to occupy a newly created position as ERP Application Manager.

You now have the chance to become a part of a team of 5 colleagues who ensure that the global business systems meet the needs of the business. This includes making sure that the applications are operated at the required standards. Your approach to work with the ERP System can be extended to be used as an approach in other systems eg. SharePoint and the HR system-SAP SuccessFactors
In this position you will be placed in a key position to ensure good stakeholder management with the shared functions inhouse and with external partners.

Among the daily tasks you will:

  • Build and manage relationship internally and with external partners and manage the flow from request to deployment
  • Create transparency across deliverables and follow up on SLA’s
  • Take active part in the demand management, requirements capturing, test and change processes
  • Facilitate deliverables across teams
  • Escalations towards the external partners
  • Establish effective license management procedures and manage license consumption together with the service owners

We imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience with stakeholder management and knowledge from an ERP system – primarily from a finance module, so you understand the financial flow of a company.
You have experience with working in an international environment and are a good communicator in English both written and oral on the level where you can negotiate.
Additionally, you are a good planner and manage to delegate in a proactive way.
